At Memorial Tribute Legacy (MTL), every memorial we create is uniquely designed to honor your loved one. Because our plaques and digital tributes are personalized and made-to-order, all sales are final. 

 

However, if your QR Code Tag Plaque arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will be happy to offer a replacement or work with you on a suitable resolution.

 

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

 

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect information submitted by the customer

• Changes of mind after production has begun

• Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse
