What does the MTL memorial bundle contain?
The Memorial Tribute Legacy Bundle comes with a custom digital memorial and a QR code plaque. Family and friends can use the code to share photos and videos that will be uploaded to the memorial page.
Can I use a single plaque for two people, like a couple?
A single QR plaque is typically for one person. If you’d like to have a shared memorial-we can do it. Just contact us with the details.
Can I gift the MTL bundle to a family member or friend?
Yes! You can purchase the QR code memorial plaque for someone you love. We can ship the plaque to your desired location and help you upload the photos/videos on the digital memorial. If you’d like to gift someone, send us a message.
Typically, the photos and videos are visible on the digital memorial page within 24 hours. Our team strives to have the photos online within 2 hours.
The photos and videos on your loved one’s memorial page are visible to the public. People can easily access it by scanning the custom QR code or if someone shares the link to the tribute page.
How long does it take before the photos and videos are online?

How long does it take before I receive the QR code memorial plaque I ordered?
How should I request the replacement of a damaged memorial plaque?
After making an order, our team will make the custom QR code plaque, and we’ll ship it to your address within 5–7 days.
If the memorial plaque is damaged, can I return it or request a refund?
Please contact our team within 7 days of delivery via email at memorial.tribute.legacy@gmail.com and include your order number and a clear photo of the plaque and packaging. You should also briefly describe the issue so that we can offer a suitable resolution or replacement.
Since our QR code plaques and digital memorials are personalized, made-to-order, and high-quality, all sales are final with no refund. However, if your QR code plaque doesn’t match what you ordered or arrives damaged or defective, contact us, we will send a replacement.
What about normal wear and tear?
Our plaques are durable and guaranteed for 30 years.
